physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, dieticians, and celiac patients, the Seventh Annual Stanford Celiac Conference
is a comprehensive presentation on all aspects of celiac sprue including
diagnosis, long-term medical management, current research on celiac sprue,
gluten free diet basics, resources for a gluten free lifestyle, and gluten free
cooking and baking.
